From the start of my career in Hitachi, I saw strong collaboration between different departments, and everyone sharing the same goals and values. The company fosters a diverse, rewarding culture that drives innovation and inspires others to do the same. I believe our company has good and talented employees. Leaders show employees that they’re valued. Employees care for each other and we value people, integrity and trust, which is always demonstrated in all our actions.
A strong team is the foundation of a high-performing organisation, and a good team ethic can be held largely accountable for the success and smooth running of the organization. If employees do not gel and work well together, problems can arise, such as poor organization, missed deadlines, and conflict within the workplace. My team has this “never say die attitude” and it really feels good to see the engineers working towards one goal, and that’s to complete every assigned task on time and deliver the same with excellent quality.
