Working at Hitachi Vantara, Poland

I’ve been happily working for Hitachi Vantara for over 6 years. I started off as Office Coordinator and Marketing Support in the Warsaw Office, taking care of all Warsaw employees, assisting Regional Sales Manager and managing marketing activities in EMEA region. Then I had an opportunity to change my work profile as Facility and Office Coordinator, where I transitioned to working with global teams.

Now I’m a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for the Krakow office, working remotely from Warsaw. I’m responsible for supporting multiple geographically dispersed Recruiters and Hiring Managers, assisting Recruiters and Sources with recruiting and onboarding systems, and I also manage candidate data. I believe that by supporting the amazing TA team in Krakow, I am able to have a huge impact on Hitachi Vantara’s development, especially as we only hire top talent in the region!

Getting Involved

At Hitachi Vantara, every occasion calls for some celebration! Our 15th anniversary of presence in Poland was a huge event and over 300 employees decided to come together for a celebratory event! During the year, we are always excited about taking part in Away Days, Hitachi Founders Days or charity events.
