The role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Lead Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using a variety of technologies. This role requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Exposure to Java and Python is a plus.
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using AngularJS, C#, and .NET.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and JSON-based services.
- Work with PostgreSQL and SQL Server databases to design and optimize queries.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Utilize Python for scripting and automation tasks as needed.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in full stack development.
- Strong proficiency in AngularJS, C#, and .NET.
- Experience with JSON and RESTful API development.
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
- Basic experience with Python for scripting and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
- Exposure to Java and Python is a plus.
