My Role
I work as an Enterprise Architect as part of customer success organization of Lumada Products. My main responsibility is to be constantly in contact with our enterprise customers and helping them in their journey with our Lumada Portfolio.
I work very closely with many other departments in our organization like Support, Engineering, Pre-sales, and Product Management in order to make sure that customer’s feedback is considered while making important decisions around product roadmap.
I’m very proud of the amount of hard work we put within HV, as it means keeping our customers happy which subsequently contributes to our larger goals.

A Day in My Life
My day usually starts with my family at the breakfast table – it’s a positive start for my day ahead. I feel working remotely is a great advantage as there’s no commuting and thanks to the remote working arrangement at Hitachi Vantara, I can spend more time with my family.
From my role perspective, my day is pretty much dedicated to interacting with my customers and collaborating with other team members to make sure we provide everything our customers need.
Since I joined HV, I’m able to be in touch with the latest cutting technologies available in the market. We are constantly evolving and adapting to our customers’ requirement and bringing them delight.
