Data Subject Access Request Form

You may have the right to request certain personal data relating to you to be deleted from or modified in our systems, or you may have the right to request a copy of personal data about you stored in our systems. This form can be used to exercise any of those rights.

When fulfilling your request, we will consider the privacy rights of the data subject as well as the safety, security, and operational needs of Hitachi Vantara.

During this process, you may be required to provide verification information or a digital copy of a government-issued ID to verify your identity and the validity of your request. If you are submitting this request on behalf of another person, you will need to provide documentation verifying your own identity and demonstrating that you have the authorization to do so.
