Participating Addendum Information

State of Florida

Per Rule 60A-1.005, Florida Administrative Code, the following entities are eligible users:

• All governmental agencies, as defined in section 163.3164, Florida Statutes, which have a physical presence within the State of Florida, as follows:
• The United States or any department, commission, agency, or other instrumentality thereof.
• This state or any department, commission, agency, or other instrumentality thereof.
• Any local government, as defined in this section, or any department, commission, agency, or other instrumentality thereof.
• Any school board or other special district, authority, or governmental entity.
• Any independent, non-profit college or university that is located within the State of Florida and is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.

All Purchase Orders issued by Purchasing Entities within the jurisdiction of this Contract must include Master Price Agreement Number MNWNC-113, and the PA Number 43211500-NASPO-15-ACS. The dollar limits of $750,000 for Servers and $1,000,000 for storage are per configuration. This is not a restriction on the purchase of multiple configurations.
