Our Quality Assurance (QA) team monitors and assesses process compliance for the subcontracting of software development, software product development, and other company services. The independent QA team reports directly to the CEO for quality issues and processes non-compliance. This effort enables us to meet strict quality requirements and win the loyalty and respect of our clients.

Hitachi Vantara Vietnam applies SAP best practices for professional services industries, across operations and departments for business effectiveness, to optimize internal overhead cost and improve total service cost to our customers. SAP ERP functionalities implemented for operational areas include financial controlling, procurement & inventory management, contract management, human resources and payroll management.

Adoption of SAP ERP since 2009 in all levels of GCS demonstrates its highest commitment to business process standardization, efficiency improvement, and long-term development along with its customers and partners.

HVN SAP Competence Center (Customer Support Center) has been certified by SAP as a Partner Center of Expertise (PCoE) that is fully compliant with the SAP Enterprise Support Model worldwide.
